Shipping rates are based on the size of your order:

• 1 bottle — $27 + $9.95 shipping
• 2 bottles — $54 ($27 per bottle + free shipping)
• 5 bottles — $125 ($25 per bottle + free shipping)

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Once the returned product has been received and checked, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.

This change-of-mind policy is separate from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the product, please write to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

A photo of the product and packaging will help us assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something isn't right with your order, please get in touch and we'll work with you to resolve it.
